Ready-made products are shipped in one to two business days.
All other products (Made to order) will be shipped in five to ten business days.
Made to Order
Our made to order take 5 to 10 business days to ship due to the handcrafted process.
Progress of the order will be communicated via email. The order of production is on a “first come first serve basis.” However, rush requests may be accommodated if product is needed by a certain date. Please contact us ASAP if a rush order is necessary.
One of a Kind
One of a kind product is unique and limited only to you. Fabrics are carefully and specifically selected for each design. Depending on the design, our denim is hand aged via various techniques. The weight and elasticity of the fabric is also carefully considered during our production in order to provide the maximum lifespan of your product. Similar product silhouettes may be available however no two products are exactly the same. Please contact us regarding any question you may have in this category.
Custom Order /personalization
Personalization on some products may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us via email to inquire regarding personalization and applicable costs.
Mending and Repair
We offer denim pants repair by “sashiko” mending techniques. Your favorite denim pants will have a fun and fresh makeover for you to wear them again. Please contact us for details.
Care instruction
Most of our products are 100% cotton; denim changes over time due to natural aging and wear. For stubborn stains, we suggest applying spot cleaning with mild soap. Hand washing in cold water is recommended to maintain original quality. Do not use cleaning products that contain bleach.
Shipping /Handling fees
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS; First class and/or Priority mail
• Small item (less than 13oz) : $5-$8 (depending on the area to ship)
• Medium to Large item (over 13 oz) : $8-$20 (depending on the size and weight)

At this time we accept payment via the following platforms: Apple pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Return and exchange policy
Only exchanges are acceptable at this time. Customers may exchange products for items of identical dollar value. If a customer desires an exchange for an item of greater dollar value they will be charged the sales difference along with any applicable handling and shipping fees. This policy excludes any custom or special sale items as all custom and sale items are final sale.
Damaged and defective products may be exchanged up to six months from shipping date. The customer is responsible for any shipping or handling costs for exchanges. Please contact us if there are any questions about our exchange policy.
